Pitch In for the Parks @ South Lincoln Park w/ Gold Coast Neighbors Association Green Team

CPF kicks off our volunteer season with It's Your Park Day on June 1 and continues all season long with Pitch In for the Parks. Community volunteers will pick up litter, support park green spaces, and participate in any additional activities provided by the host. Free & family friendly. Complimentary clean-up supplies are provided. 

Join Gold Coast Neighbors Association to clean up the south end of Lincoln Park. We will be picking up litter in the section of Lincoln Park bounded by North Avenue to the south, the LaSalle extension to the north, inner Lake Shore Drive to the east, and the garden and walkway area leading to the Standing Lincoln Memorial.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Register to volunteer using the 'REGISTER' button on the right. Registering in advance is the best way to ensure there are enough complimentary supplies on event day.
2. Show up safely! Clean-up supplies will be onsite for all events, you can do your part by coming prepared. We strongly encourage long pants, closed toed shoes, sun protection, bug protection, bringing your own reusable water bottle, wearing the provided protective gloves and avoiding hazardous materials such as glass, needles, and germs.

• This event is rain or shine. Please come dressed for the weather (sun, bugs, and all!)
• The full name and email address of each registered volunteer will be shared with the event's hosting organization for communication purposes.
