Submission Instructions

Hello Pitch In for the Parks Host! Complete the form below to commit to hosting Pitch In for the Parks at the park of your choice, on the convenience of your schedule. Once you submit the form below, we'll approve your event and reach out to you directly with next steps including getting volunteers registered, supply delivery, and all other event details. We ask that you please submit your sign up form at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled clean-up event(s) to allow adequate time for CPF coordination and supply delivery. Event Details

We suggest meeting volunteers at the park's fieldhouse. If the park does not have a fieldhouse, choose an identifiable location where people will be able to easily locate you at the start of the event. This information will be listed publicly on your event landing page.

CPF creates a GivePulse volunteer registration page for all groups.






Please be as specific as possible (i.e., every other Monday starting on 7/4)
Events are typically 2 hours long (i.e., 9-11am)

Supply Delivery Information

Provided supplies include reusable gloves, plastic trash bags, and paper trash bags. Supplies will be packaged in an open five gallon bucket, please be aware if supplies are to be left in a public common area.




Please note we can only delivery supplies to the park for Park Advisory Councils. If you are not a PAC please provide a personal address for supply delivery.
We are only able to deliver supplies to addresses located in Chicago. If you are located outside of Chicago, then we can set up a supply pick up somewhere in the city.
